Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Malgopay, we are committed to providing our users with a secure and reliable payment experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be considered.


1. Premium Subscription

  • All Premium Subscription payments (annual or otherwise) are non-refundable once successfully processed.

  • Users are requested to review subscription benefits carefully before making payment.

  • Cancellation of a subscription does not entitle the user to a refund; however, the subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period.


2. Mobile & DTH Recharges

  • Malgopay acts only as a facilitator through third-party service providers.

  • Once a recharge request is submitted and processed successfully, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

  • In case of a failed recharge:

    • If the recharge amount has been debited from the user’s account but not credited to the beneficiary, the amount will be refunded back to the user’s Malgopay Wallet/Bank account as per the respective service provider’s refund timelines.

    • Users must raise a support ticket through the Malgopay app for failed transactions.


3. Rewards, Cashback & Prizes

  • Rewards, cashback, referral bonuses, and prizes credited to user accounts are non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • Any tax deductions (e.g., TDS) on cash rewards will be applied as per applicable laws, and no refunds will be made against the deducted amount.


4. Failed Transactions

  • If any payment is debited but not successfully processed, Malgopay will ensure that the amount is either:

    • Credited back to the user’s original payment method, or

    • Added to the Malgopay Wallet balance, as per standard banking timelines.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank (generally 5–7 working days).


5. Disputes & Grievances

  • For disputes regarding payments or refunds, users are encouraged to contact our Customer Support team via the Malgopay app.

  • All refund-related claims must be raised within 7 days of the transaction date.

  • Malgopay reserves the right to reject refund claims in case of:

    • Incorrect details provided by the user,

    • Transactions found to be fraudulent, or

    • Breach of Malgopay’s Terms of Service.


6. Policy Amendments

Malgopay reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes via the app or official communication channels.
